Beyond that, rising at a decreasing rate, and those who work 70 hours has the same level of productivity as someone who works 56. So, leave work at the end of the day, make time for family, hobbies and self-care because of these things as important as a good performance in the workplace.

 Plan Every Day Night Before

If you work in a very demanding job, planning can be your key to success. To Achieve the highest productivity, plan every weekday night before. It only takes 15 minutes. Not only will it help you stay organized and on top of everything at work but will have additional benefits to get all your thoughts down on paper so you can relax for the rest of the night and enjoy a good night's sleep. Try it, you never know it may work for you!

 Leave the office for lunch

Many of us make the excuse that we have too much work to break. While this may be true, there is no reason why all of this can not be delayed for an hour every day. Just take one hour every day to leave the office for a lunch break you can have a remarkable effect on productivity and mental health. Out of the office allows you to get some fresh air, enjoy the sun, reduce your stress levels and help you to refocus before getting back to work.

 Always Keep Your Goals in Sight

Setting goals is a great way to boost productivity because it gives you something to work towards. A brilliant way to set attainable goals is to write a To-Do list everyday.
